Is electronic communication in the best interests of a child?

In today' society electronic communication, such as texting and emailing, is second nature to many people. Initiating the topic of a prenuptial agreement may not seem like a good idea before a couple gets married. Legally, it made no difference whether their grandchildren had lived with them for any extended period of time.
