Is electronic communication in the best interests of a child?

In today' society electronic communication, such as texting and emailing, is second nature to many people. How does time-sharing work with child custody

Under Florida law, parents who are divorced or separated are encouraged to share child rearing rights and responsibilities of their minor children. Initiating the topic of a prenuptial agreement may not seem like a good idea before a couple gets married. However, given that nearly 50 percent of all marriages end in divorce, couples who are planning on getting married may want to consider drafting a premarital or prenuptial agreement to protect their assets should the marriage end in divorce.

Previously, grandparents had few, if any, legal rights in the state of Florida with respect to visitation with their grandchildren. Legally, it made no difference whether their grandchildren had lived with them for any extended period of time.
